my first though would be to tell you that you have boy hamster, and to leave it at that. but it is VERY possible that he could have some sort of tumor on him, so go ahead and have him checked out.

Hamsters have a high probability to get cancer and tumors. Bring you little guy to a vet. They'll help you out.

I think it might be a tumor,because they are most common in old hamsters,but they can occur in young hamsters to. You should take the hamster to the vet to see what it is,because if its something bad they might be able to cure it.
