Hamster Question?

Ok my cousin just got a Black Bear Hamster for $20 but i saw a hamster that looked the same at a different store that was only like $10. They look exactly the same so whats the difference from a black hamster and a black bear hamster?
Answers:
There's no difference. Actually they are all called Syrians since they are related to the first hamsters found over in the Syrian desert in the 1930's. All hamsters called teddy bear, black bear, panda bear, fancy, golden, dalmation, etc. are all the same breed, a Syrian. I've even heard of the black ones being called blueberry and blackberry hamsters. Some pet stores charge higher amounts for the harder to come by hamsters. Where teddy bear, golden and fancy type hamsters are more common, they are charged less for them. The black hair hamsters are more expensive since they are harder to find.
Now there is a true European Black Bear hamster, but they are the size of a guinea pig at full grown and are the largest breed of hamsters known. I've thus far haven't found a place in the USA to buy one on the east coast.
well, black bear hamsters can grow a lot bigger. plus its cheaper. thats pretty much it.
one can grow bigger and the other hamster is cheaper
black bear hamsters are bigger
the blackbear is considered a special type, but you can find black hamsters, which are really dark gray.
