If it is just her claws, then why are you freaking out?
I am sure she is fine, what color is her body?
More than likely NO PROBLEM!
:) ms. beanie bopper(:
Take her to the vet, when ever an animal is hurt take it to a vet, dont sit around thinking about. If it was a human child what would you do? An animal can suffer just as much, but with out a voice.
The first thing that comes to mind is bumblefoot.
if they were always that color no if they just turned that color yes
It sounds like she hurt herself. Is she in a wire cage with wire platforms? Wire is not good for the sensitive hamster foot. Claws often get stuck or slip through, giving her bruises and other injuries. Switch to a solid based cage where she would not have to walk on wires all the time.
It may also be the result of her nails in serious need of trimming. Some vets might offer to trim your hamster's nails for free, others might charge around $5-10. Either way, it's worth it. Like her teeth, her nails just keep growing and either need to be filed/worn down. You can either place a rock under her water bottle or somewhere she likes to go to to naturally wear down those nails, buy a small animal nail trimmer (don't use human nail clippers), or bring her to the vet to get her nails trimmed.
I'd highly suggest bringing her to the vet since her feet may have already sustained injury. They can also teach you how to trim her nails in the future.
EDIT: I just re-read your post and since it's a pup it's not likely that it's nails have grown enough for it to need trimming yet. If it's colouring is naturally darker, it might just be that.
