Well, I'm assuming that Georgia has petstores like any other state. Try a chain store like Petco, Petsmart, Pet Supplies Plus. If you don't have any of these near you, try grocery stores. A lot of places like Meijer, Wal-Mart, and K-Mart have hamster stuff.
If you still have no luck with any of these places, consider making one yourself. It is by far the cheapest and most efficient way. An empty toilet paper roll works great. If your hammy is a bit too big for this, try a Pringles container that has been washed and the closing cut off.
