MY freaking GOD PEOPLE honestly as a vet we can not do to much for him the hamester has a ear infection and to things can happen to it one it will get better or 2 he will always be like this it is caused by liquid in the ear drum the cage could have been dirty or too humid to put it in the simple forms for all the dum people out there if you get water in your ear you try to get it out or wait for it to come out well being a rodent thier ears are made to listen for attackers so thus is the reason for thier ears to be on top when this happens the ear tilt tryin to relieve pressure from the drum it is not from a broken neck if that was to happen he would not be doing normal things a stroke would have caused him to be unable to move on a side very few cases forms of cancer are involved
Take it to the vet! chances are is that it is sick or has a disibility and they can tell you how to fix it or help in some way!
Take the poor little guy to the vet! NOW
take the hamster to the vet it may have had a stroke
It may be the way he walks, but if you are just starting to notice this now, then I definetly recommend you take him to the vet now. He may have something seriously wrong with him. Good Luck!
Dude, it's a hamster. Not to be mean or anything, but have you considered that it might be kindest to put it down?
Take him to the vet RIGHT NOW, they might be able to help but brace yourself for the worst. My hammy lost the use of his back legs and was going in circles and they couldn't do anything except put him to sleep. HURRY.
take it to the vet, cuz u have no way of knowing whats wrong with it
Are there any bald patches? One of my hamsters did this once and he had skin mites.
You shouldnt even need to ask us, Take him straight to the vet>
sto shoving him up your butt and maybe the poor little guy can heal
WARNING!!!k take it to the vet!!!! it must be
that it fell or something if it squeaks then is broke sum thing
so TAKE IT TO THE VET!!
that happened to my hamster before. i was gonna take it to the vet the next day, but then i checked on her a few hours later, and she was all normal. her head wasn't tilted to the right anymore, and she wasn't walking in circles and walked properly. that happened 2 times to her, and she became in a normal posture a few hours after. i don't know how this happened or why, but your hamster should be okay. if it's with any other hamsters, separate them. if this doesn't get better in a day or two, i would suggest taking your hamster to the vet. but i think it should be okay.
I know you've heard this, but TAKE IT TO THE VET!! It's neck could be broken or something, and it's probably in pain!
I had a rat who started this about a month ago. She started to get better, but then had another episode. The vet said she had a cranial tumor and we put her to sleep because she was in pain. It could also be a stroke or an ear infection. So it would be best to take it to a vet that knows something about rodents.
take it to the vet. headtilts usually result from an ear infection or a possible tumour
