Has your rabbit ever got the parasite encephalitozoon cuniculi?Any advice?

Answers:
This particular parasite is the cause of Encephalitozoonosis, an extremely harmful and dangerous disease. Encephalitozoonosis is now considered to be fairly common among rabbits, and can be spread through unrine. The disease may eventually cause paralysis, and possibly death in more serious cases. Luckily, the disease has noticable symptoms: paralysis of the rear end of the body, tremors, a tilted head, stiffness and convulsions.
If your animal exibits ANY of these symptoms, I highly suggest that you keep the rabbit isolated from other rabbits, and call your closest vetrinarian immediatley.
I, myself, owned a rabbit that had this particular disease. Unfortunately, my rabbit slowly passed away. It is absolutely horrible to watch an animal die from this disease as it seemingly deteriorates.
Please, if you think that your rabbit has this disease, immediately contact your nearest veterinarian or animal hospital.
