Hamster issue?...help. Is she ok?..?

I took her to the vet 2 weeks ago-I thought she could be sick. The vet could not find anything wrong, but she still gave me meds for her-just in case. Well, today I noticed she has white stuff on her upper lips as well as her bottom lips. It's hard and I can't take it out-I thought it was paper she had eaten, but it's not. What do you think it could be?..I am thinking of taking her to the vet.

Find another vet and fast! Something could be very wrong, even made worse by the medicine, and obviously this vet did not properly diagnose her! One time I had to take my rodent to three different vets before the third one located the true problem. Also, I do not recommend vets at PetCo or PetSmart or any chain pet store. They are usually hired fresh out of medical school and love to over diagnose, and sometimes underdiagose, I had both things happen when trying to diagnose a paw infection. One said it was nothing, the other said it was cancer! Find a vet with a private practice who specializes in small animals/rodents, often referred to as exotics. As to your hamster, maybe her teeth have grown too much. Why was she taken to the vet? Identify that problem, research the medicine, and find a vet!
Gosh, I dont know what it could be , maybe it could be some kind of blister or reaction from something. You are on the right track , take her to the vet!!
hi iam a hamster lover.ok good thing ur takeing her to the vet 3 thubs up!!ok she maybe just over slept BUT!! be carefull
feed her LOTS of vegs and friut and make shure that u clen her cage 1 a week or maybe twice to be on the safe side
try to clen it up by useing warm water on a towel and maybe a lil sope then rube it and shuold help if not e mail me!
Contact all the vets in your area and ask if they employ a small animal specialist. I take my hamster for general health check ups just to make sure all is ok and i would go to one who specialises in small animals only, they may find out what really is wrong with her.
I cant answer what is wrong, or whether its a cause for concern, but you must seek medical help again, and fast. Good luck x x
