Hamster help?...?

Ok. I have a Syrian female and my sister just got a male Syrian today. They look so much alike. They are so cute. I knew that we had to adopt him. Any who, he has his own place in her room. I did let the two greet and he sniffed her; she sniff him. The Syrian male hamster is bigger compared to her. I think he's a fat as s..(it's out of love), how can we help him lose wait?...I know taking him to the vet is imporant. We will do that soon. I always give my little one, (Albert) veggies; milk; fruit, of course her food too. So I give that same food to him?..Now, what is a don't in taking care of both of them?...I think it's cute when they get together.
Answers:
How did your nose get so red? Did your hamster bite you?
Let the fat hamster enjoy himself. They don't live very long ya know? Don't worry about giving him a diet.
If you let them play together too much, you'll have babies soon.
hampsters are supposed to be fat...it doesnt care how fat it looks its a hampster c'mon now.
cool srory
Consider exercise wheels or those balls you can put them into to go all around the house.
does he have a ball to run around in? or a wheel in the cage? that'd help him to get exercise! Also, don't keep an automatic feeder in the cage, just feed him when the dish is empty. hope that helps!
The biggest "don't" IS getting them together--otherwise you will have hundreds of new little hamsters in no time.
It's easy, buy your hamster a running wheel for excercising and try to giving your hamster too much water and avoid giving too much food on your hamster, simple like that, and you will be done with a problem less!
Good Luck and hope this answer helps you in the best way possible to solve your rodent issue!
See ya!
does he have a wheel put him in a ball and leave him in there for like a half an hour and make sure hes not in a really hot areaa
Hamsters like to be alone. They're part of the rodent family, and even though it may not seem like it, if you leave them in a cage for afew days they could get on eachothers nerves. And even bite eachother. That's what happens at alot of pet stores because they keep so many hamsters in one cage.
That's why, if you ever go to PetSmart, they have hamsters in their own individual cages.
As far as helping your hamster lose weight, I'm not really sure. It could just be that he LOVES to eat ^^
Mine is too fat also i have found that geting him an cage with tubes everywere and different landings keeps him in tip top shape. also a hamster wheel helps and puting the food on the highest landing will make him go up there! and dont give him lots of food.
