ok so my hamsters nail just broke off is that natural? also like 30 sec. later her left eye (if your facing her its her left) looks like its bleeding. its the same side as th nail that broke off and her nails have fallen off before but this has never happened plz help!!!

You should take it to the vet directly. Your hamster might have an infected eye and used its nail to scracth its eye. Don't worry about the nail because it will grow back. But just take him/her to the vet!
Hamsters are so hard to care for when they are sick, but there are small animal vets. It sounds like he may have hurt himself.
I sure would find a small animal vet for your baby. I have hamsters and a gerbil and my vet takes care of all types of animals and birds. He may have scratched his eye scratching and they have meds for that too. Don't let it go as it may get infected and you don't want that. Good luck.
it's okay that the nail broke off, my hamster's nail have broken off before. about the eye, i would suggest bringing it to a good vet, cuz some vets are bad with hamsters.
