she may be a bit stressed by the move to a new cage. For her nothing is where she expects it to be so shes a bit confused. As long as she is still alive just leave her alone and see how she is in the morning.
if there is no food on the bottom level you can put a few pieces down there for her.
i think shes stunned did you just put her in the bottom was she sick or sumthing did you try to mover her that mite be the case
Probably of stress, give her a day or two to get used to it (although if you don't see her move at all then you should check on her) also check closer to nighttime (they are nocturnal)
I'd go back to the store, this is not normal. I've had plenty of hamsters and unless she's asleep (which you should be able to tell), she's having problems (or worse). If you pick her up does she move, is she breathing?
They are social creatures so you should buy two (of the same sex).
It's the stress of changing her environment. Give her time - a couple of days. Talk to her so she knows your voice, and offer her treats so that she knows that "the hand" is actually her friend. Once she figures out that this is home, she'll probably be quite happy.
The important thing is to give her time. The slower you take the "taming" process, the more trustworthy of a hamster you will have!
where did you get her at?
answer me back in an email.
you may want to call and ask the petstore, better yet a vet.
Nah she'll get rollin around. Shes gettin used to her new home. Just chillin for awhile.

In 2 months you'll be posting a question as to why she won't calm the heck down.
Play with her. She'll pick up your scent and feel homier.

Just put her next to your belly and hold her Kendra. she'll be fine.
Go to the Vet and seek their medical attention. Why it could be serious, it also might be easily explained. Also go bed to the store to seek some answers.
do you really want to know why she wont move?.....
First of all hamsters are nocturnal, meaning more active at night, and therefor spend the majority of the daylight hours sleeping. secondly all animals need an adjustment period to settle in to thier new homes, a big move is stressful for anyone!
Watch her tonight after sunset, and see if she livens up, if she hasn't livened up by tommorow, consult your vet!

oh poor thing. i had lots of hamsters. try picking it up or moving it . if you pick it up and it stiff then it passed away. sometimes they will pass from stress ,old age or a virus. have your parents help you. try waking it up. if its alive and seems really weak i would take it in. the poor thing could be sick and you need to get help for it. sorry about that hon everything will be ok.
She will be fine she is adjusting to her new home!!
It will adjust in time, it is probably just scared as its not used to the cage and you etc..
